PDF ---> Image ---> Booklet using pure JS

Make Booklet

Print pdf outputed doublesided and then fold along middle to create booklet. How to staple is not my problem.

Only works for A4 sized stuff.

This may take a while if pdf is large. Trust me, it's just slow, not broken.
